Return Policy:
Round2Store sells all types of electronic items that are anywhere from brand new to very used and should be for parts only. All items are rated by Cosmetic Condition and Functionality. Each product will be described by what kind of cosmetic condition the item is in and what kind of testing was completed on the item to determine its functionality. Please see the items description to see its individual rating.

Warranty Policies:

"60-day Warranty . (Visit specific listing to see if this option is offered). The warranty covers the item for any kind of issue that was not preexisting and mentioned in the listing. The warranty starts the day the item is delivered; evaluation of the item and initiation of return must happen within this time limit. Once warranty is granted RMA must be completed AND ITEM SHIPPED within 5 days or warranty will not be accepted. When the item has been received the following solutions will be evaluated at Round2's discretion:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
**Please contact Customer Service prior to shipping the item back, RMA must be filled out and included with return materials or return will NOT be accepted.** |

"As Described" 14-day Warranty. An "As Described" warranty is offered on all items and starts 14 days from when the item is received. Inspection of the item and contacting Customer Service must happen within this timeframe. Round2Store guarantees that the item will be received as it was described, or it qualifies for warranty. All products have a detailed description including what kind of cosmetic condition the item is in and what kind of testing is performed, if at all.
Only if the item is received and is NOT as described, please contact Customer Service for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping instructions. If warranty is granted, RMA must be completed AND ITEM SHIPPED within 5 business days or warranty will not be accepted. NOTE: If an item is shipped back without an approved RMA # on the outside of the return materials, the item will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Payment Policy:
We currently accept payments through PayPal. Please use the payment link in the listing or invoice that is sent by Round2Store. In order for PayPal to accept the payment it must be made by a confirmed and registered PayPal account. The shipping address must match the billing address or payment will not go through.
**We do not accept any other kind of payments**
Shipping Policy:
We ship all domestic items through either UPS or FedEx. International orders will be shipped through USPS, any packages weighing over 44lbs have to be shipped USPS Global Express soÃÂ please request a quote for shipping charges before purchasing. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the initial purchase. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

A physical address must be provided for shipping. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

Local Pickup: There is a $5.00 local pick-up fee associated with this product.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Round2Store is not responsible for any type of customs charges, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Round2Store does not change the item totals for customs declaration, so please do not ask us to. If you have any questions please contact us before placing a bid, once bid is placed it is assumed that all shipping charges are understood and agreed upon.
Shipping Damage
If an item is damaged a shipping claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. Please understand that this process can take 3-4 weeks to be processed and no further action on the order will be taken by Round2 until the claim has been decided. The item must remain with the original shipping materials and additional information may be required, including pictures of the damage, in order to file the claim.
